How do I know which service is right for my business?
Most clients start with a 30-minute discovery conversation. We'll ask about your current situation, your immediate pressures, and what you'd most like to understand better. That usually makes it clear which engagement fits. You're under no obligation after that conversation.
Do you work with businesses outside Johor Bahru?
Yes. While our base is in Johor Bahru, we work with businesses across peninsular Malaysia. Engagements that require in-person meetings can be conducted locally or via travel arrangement. Much of the analytical and delivery work happens remotely, which keeps timelines efficient.
What does the process look like from enquiry to start?
After your initial enquiry, we typically respond within one business day to arrange a discovery call. If there's a fit, we'll send a scoped proposal within three business days. Once agreed, most engagements begin within one to two weeks. We keep things moving without unnecessary delays.
How is the cost structured — upfront or in stages?
For shorter engagements like Value Proposition Refinement (RM 640), payment is made upon agreement. For longer programmes such as the Partnerships Accelerator (RM 5,000), we use a staged structure — typically 50% at the start and 50% at a defined midpoint. This is outlined in your proposal.
What kind of businesses do you typically work with?
We work primarily with small to mid-sized Malaysian businesses — often those that have grown beyond their founding phase and are facing the structural questions that growth brings. This includes businesses in manufacturing, professional services, trade, and technology. Industry is less important than the maturity of your thinking.
What happens after an engagement ends?
Each engagement ends with a clear set of deliverables you can act on independently. We include a brief handover session to walk through what we've produced. Many clients return for a subsequent engagement when a new priority emerges — we maintain the relationship and context, which makes future work more effective.
